Abstract

UD. Dua Putra bergerak di bidang distributor buah apel ini mempunyai masalah yang sering dihadapi yaitu seringnya terjadi penurunan profit karena penjualan karena estimasi permintaan pasar yang tidak stabil setiap minggu, menyebabkan adanya kesulitan untuk memperkirakan penjualan di periode berikutnya. Metode ARIMA dan Triple Exponential Smoothing digunakan untuk memprediksi penjualan buah apel untuk periode selanjutnya. Dalam hal tersebut, maka harus memiliki sistem perencanaan yang baik untuk mendapatkan profit yang optimal. Tujuan penelitian adalah merancang aplikasi yang dapat membantu untuk memprediksi penjualan buah apel di UD.Dua Putra sehingga dapat meningkatkan profit penjualan buah apel. Dari hasil pengujian ARIMA ditemukan bahwa untuk menemukan error yang terkecil yaitu dengan cara mencari nilai beta 1 dan beta 2 yang memiliki error terkecil. Dari hasil pengujian Triple Exponential Smoothing ditemukan bahwa untuk menemukan error yang terkecil yaitu dengan cara mencari nilai alfa yang memiliki nilai error terkecil. Kemudian dilakukan perbandingan dari metode ARIMA dan Triple Exponential Smoothing yang memiliki nilai error terkecil untuk membandingkan metode yang paling optimal. Metode ARIMA memiliki performa yang baik karena nilai PE lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan metode Triple Exponential Smoothing, yaitu nilai PE 1940% dan MAPE 13%.
