Abstract

Diah Kumalasari, Eka Faradewi“ Web-Based Information System Curriculum and PBM Documents Development in the Department of Information Technology of State Polytechnic of Malang”. Advisors: (1) Hendra Pradibta, SE., M.Sc., (2) Dwi Puspitasari, S. Kom.,M.Kom Final Report, Informatics Management Study Program, Information Technology Department, State Polytechnic of Malang, 2020. The curriculum system in the Information Technology Department currently only inputs courses, credits and hours through Siakad without including the syllabus and other curriculum elements. Management of syllabus, RPS and lecture contracts are stored in separate files and there is no curriculum application that is easily accessible to all stakeholders. The curriculum should be a reference in the implementation of the teaching and learning process. Based on the description above, it was necessary to develop a Web-based Information System for Curriculum and PBM Documents in the Department of Information Technology Department of Malang State Polytechnic of Malang as a solution in offered with the hope of overcoming all obstacles and facilitating curriculum management and monitoring PBM in the Information Technology Department of Malang State Polytechnic. This study useds the waterfall method because it hads a sequential process so that a system couldan be developed in accordance with what iwas desired. From the testing results this could an help the process of managing curriculum and PBM documents so that they were computerized and could minimize the risk of losing curriculum data that previously still used separate files.
