Abstract

Katering merupakan salah satu bisnis yang berkembang pesat di Indonesia, yaitu bisnis makanan yang bergerak dibidang jasa boga. Berdasarkan riset yang dilakukan peneliti menggunakan kuesioner online, 86% hasil kuesioner tersebut merasa kesulitan dalam pencarian catering dari sisi informasi makanan, harga yang cocok dan variabel lain, seperti sosial media, dan internet. Dengan tujuan penelitian merancang pengalaman pengguna dalam pencarian dan pemesanan katering di Kota Malang, diusulkan untuk membuat user interface katering bernama “Kotakku” dengan pendekatan Design Thinking. Design Thinking merupakan metode penyelesaian masalah yang berfokus pada pengguna, lalu untuk pengujian menggunakan aspek learnability dan satisfaction dengan pendekatan System Usability Scale. Pengujian yang dilakukan menggunakan aspek learnability mempresentasikan kemudahan pengguna dalam menggunakan aplikasi Kotakku dan untuk aspek satisfaction mendapatkan nilai 74,3 dengan grade “C” dan Acceptable. Dari hasil tersebut, responden berhasil menyelesaikan task yang diberikan serta memberikan feedback pada aplikasi yang diajukan, sehingga pengguna bisa menggunakan aplikasi tersebut untuk memesan dan mencari katering. Maka dari itu, disimpulkan bahwa pembuatan user interface ini dapat membantu pengalaman pengguna dalam proses pencarian dan pemesanan katering di Kota Malang dengan mengukur sisi usability aspek learnability dan satisfaction untuk aplikasi Kotakku. Catering is one of the fastest growing businesses in Indonesia, namely a food business engaged in catering services. Based on research conducted by researchers using an online questionnaire, 86% of the results of the questionnaire found it difficult to find catering in terms of food information, suitable prices and other variabels, such as social media, and the internet. By aiming to design the user experience in searching and ordering catering in Malang, it is therefore proposed to create a catering user interface named "Kotakku" with approach Design Thinking. Design Thinking is a problem-solving method that focuses on the user or the user, then for testing using the aspects learnability and satisfaction with the approach System Usability Scale. Tests were conducted using the aspect learnability presented to the user's ease of using the Kotakku application and for the aspect, their satisfaction scored 74.3 with grade "C" and Acceptable. From these results, respondents had successfully completed the tasks given and provided feedback on the proposed application, so that users can use the application to order and search for catering.Therefore it is concluded that making this user interface can help the user experience in the process of searching and ordering catering in the Malang can measure the reusability side aspects of learnability and satisfaction for the Kotakku application.
