Abstract

Polinema Polyclinic is a health service unit located in State Polytechnic of Malang Campus. Polyclinic at Polinema serves lecturers, employees, and students of State Polytechnic of Malang who are experiencing health problems / illness. In the process of patient visits to the Polyclinic for medical treatment, the health workers in charge enter the patient visit data and the drug expenditure data. The health workers are also in charge of reporting patient visit data and drug expenditure data reports. This was felt less time efficient in doing the work. Moreover, the health workers at the Polyclinic also want to apply the concept of paper reduction use. Based on the above problems, a web-based information system was created to assist in managing data of medical visit visits at the Polyclinic. Information system for managing medical visit data at the Polyclinic aims at facilitating health workers at the Polyclinic in the process of entering patient visit data, and drug expenditure data, and also managing drug and patient data. This information system also makes it easier for those in charge to make reports.
