Abstract

ABSTRAK Azima, Aziiz “Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Objek Wisata Menggunakan Metode Demster-Shafer” Pembimbing: (1) Putra Prima Arhadi, ST.,.MT., (2) Dika Rizky Yunianto, S.Kom., M.Kom. Skripsi, Program Studi Teknik Informatika, Jurusan Teknologi Informasi, Politeknik Negeri Malang, 2020 Pulau Lombok kini mulai menampakkan dirinya di dunia parisiwata. Disamping karena letaknya yang berdekatan dengan pulau Bali dan pulau Komodo, potensi pariwisata yang cukup banyak dan beragam seperti wisata alam, wisata sejarah dan wisata budaya dapat ditemukan di wilayah pulau Lombok sehingga banyak sekali para wisatawan yang menjadikan wisata Lombok menjadi destinasi wisata wajib bagi masyarakat Indonesia hingga mancanegara. Berdasarkan data dari Dinas Kabupaten Lombok Timur bahwa jumlah kunjungan wisatawan baik domestik maupun wisatawan asing dari tahun sebelumnya mengalami peningkatan dari tahun sebelumnya yaitu sebesar 13,0 persen dengan jumlah pengunjung sebanyak 13.266 orang. Metode Demster-shafer digunakan untuk menghitung pemilihan pengguna dalam memilihan rekomendasi wisata berdasarkan kriteria hobi, budget, durasi menginap, jarak. Aplikasi ini dibuat untuk membantu para wisatawan yang merasa bingung untuk berlibur dengan memenuhi standar yang diinginkan berdasarkan hobi yang diinginkan, budget yang dimiliki, berlibur lebih dari sehari, dan jarak dari lokasi pengguna menuju lokasi wisata. Hasil pegujian dari Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Objek wisata menggunakan metode Demster-Shafer adalah = 54,35 % dengan menggunakan lebih dari tiga kriteria dan rekomendasi yang dihasilkan adalah daerah Sembalun. Dari hasil yang ditampilkan, aplikasi berhasil menampilkan rekomendasi sesuai kriteria yang dimasukkan oleh pengguna. Kata Kunci: Wisata Pulau Lombok, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Demster-Shafer. Thesis, Informatics Engineering Study Program, Information Technology Department, Malang State Polytechnic of Malang, 2020 Lombok Island is now beginning to show itself in the world of tourism. Besides, its location that is near Bali Island and Komodo Island, the tourism potential which is quite numerous and varied, such as natural tourism, historical tourism and cultural tourism can be found in the area of Lombok Island therefore makes many tourists, both Indonesians and foreigners, take Lombok as a mandatory tourist destination. Based on data from the East Lombok Regency Office, the number of tourist visits both domestic and foreign tourists from the previous year increased from the previous year, which was 13.0 percent with 13,266 visitors. The Demster-shafer method is used to calculate user choices in selecting travel recommendations based on hobbies, budget, duration of stay, and distance criteria. This application is made to help tourists who feel confused about having a vacation by meeting the desired standards based on the desired hobby, budget, vacation for more than a day, and the distance from the user's location to the tourist location. The results of the testing of Decision Support System for Tourist Destination Selection Using Dempster-Shafer Method are = 54.35% by using more than three criteria and the resulting recommendation is the Sembalun area which means. From the results displayed, the application successfully displays recommendations according to the criteria entered by the user.
