Kemiskinan merupakan keadaan dimana terjadi ketidakmampuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dasar seperti makanan, pakaian, tempat berlindung, pendidikan, dan kesehatan. Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Probolinggo mempunyai tugas menyelenggarakan urusan di bidang Rehabilitasi Sosial, Jaminan Sosial, Pemberdayaan Sosial, Perlindungan Sosial, dan Penanganan Fakir Miskin. Dalam penanganan Fakir Miskin Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Probolinggo telah berupaya menjalankan program – program nya, salah satunya yaitu bantuan Program Keluarga Harapan. Dengan menetapkan kriteria keterangan rumah dan kepemilikan aset sebagai dasar dalam pendataan untuk menanggulangi kemiskinan. Tetapi masih banyak ditemukan masyarakat miskin yang belum dapat menikmati bantuan pemerintah karena alasan tidak tepat sasaran. Sejumlah bantuan pemerintah yang digulirkan untuk tujuan pemerataan kesejahteraan rakyat, ternyata belum sepenuhnya terlaksana tidak tepatnya sasaran bantuan salah satu faktornya adalah dari masalah pendataan. Oleh sebab itu perlu perbaikan dan pemutakhiran data oleh pihak terkait sehingga diusulkan sebuah Sistem Integrasi Data Masyarakat Miskin, dengan integrasi data yang mampu membantu Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Probolinggo dalam mengatasi penginputan data agar tidak terjadi salah sasaran penerimaan bantuan pemerintah dan kecurangan saat memasukkan data usulan baru. Analisis perancangan sistem meliputi Use Case, Use Case Spesifikasi dan Activity Diagram. Implementasi sistem menggunakan Framework Laravel sebagai desain tampilan antar muka dan MySQL sebagai pengelolaan database. Hasil dari aplikasi ini, Pegawai Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Probolinggo yaitu Tenaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Kecamatan dibantu dengan Operator Desa berharap mempermudah pemerintah atau dinas terkait seperti Dinas Sosial dan Dinas Lainnya untuk proses penggunaan bantuan. Selain itu dengan tersedianya aplikasi ini membantu Tenaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Kecamatan dalam mengelola proses verifikasi dan validasi, menerima data kemiskinan, mengirim data kemiskinan dan mengelola akun Operator Desa. Aplikasi ini juga telah diuji coba oleh 8 user, 5 user sebagai Tenaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Kecamatan dan 3 user sebagai Operator Desa. Hasil pengujian aplikasi Sistem Integrasi Data Masyarakat Miskin Untuk Mengatasi Permasalahan Bantuan Pemerintah Kabupaten Probolinggo Jawa Timur dengan Framework Laravel dapat memudahkan Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Probolinggo untuk memverifikasi dan memvalidasi data kemiskinan. Poverty is a condition where there is an inability to fulfill basic needs such as food, clothing, shelter, education and health. The Social Service of Probolinggo Regency has the task of carrying out affairs in the fields of Social Rehabilitation, Social Security, Social Empowerment, Social Protection, and Management of the Poor. In handling the poor, the Social Service of Probolinggo District has made efforts to carry out its programs, one of which is the Family Hope Program assistance, by setting criteria for information on housing and asset ownership as the basis for data collection to alleviate poverty. But there are still many poor people who have not been able to enjoy government assistance for reasons that are not right on target. A number of government aids that have been issued for the purpose of equitable distribution of people's welfare have not been fully implemented. Therefore, it is necessary to improve and update data by related parties so that a Poor Community Data Integration System is proposed, with data integration that can help the Probolinggo District Social Service in overcoming data input so that there is no mistaking target for receiving government aids and fraud when entering new proposal data. System design analysis includes Use Case, Use Case Specifications and Activity Diagrams. The system implementation uses the Laravel Framework as the interface design and MySQL as the database manager. The results of this application, Probolinggo Regency Social Welfare Staff, namely Subdistrict Social Welfare Workers, are assisted by Village Operators, hoping to make it easier for the government or related agencies such as the Social Service and Other Services to use the assistance process. In addition, with the availability Data Integration System, Sub-district Social Welfare Workers manage the verification and validation process, receive poverty data, send poverty data and manage Village Operator accounts. This application has also been tested by 8 users, 5 users as District Social Welfare Workers and 3 users as Village Operators The results of testing the application of the Poor Community Data Integration System to Overcome the Problems of Probolinggo Regency Government Aids in East Java with the Laravel Framework can make it easier for the Probolinggo Regency Social Service to verify and validate poverty data
