Abstract

Sebuah penyedia layanan penyewaan mobil dengan cara sewa harian ataupun kontrak dengan menggunakan driver ataupun lepas kunci, pemanfaatan rental mobil dapat digunakan bagi masyarakat maupun perusahaan yang tidak memiliki alat trsansportasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk membantu memprediksi jumlah mobil yang akan disediakan pada bulan selanjutnya. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Single Exponential Smoothing dengan data jenis mobil dari perusahaan rental, maka setiap jenis mobil harus dihitung agar mendapatkan hasil prediksi, sebelum kendaraan diberikan kepada penyewa pemilik rental akan memberitahukan syarat dan ketentuan rental, apabila penyewa melanggar perjanjian akan dikenakan denda atau hukuman tindak pidana. Berdasarkan penelitian yang di lakukan oleh penulis agar menampilkan hasil uji user 45 dan menampilkan hasil perhitungan rata-rata koesioner 11,2%, juga menampilkan hasil akurasi dan rata-rata kesalahan dari setiap mobil agar pemilik mengetahui berapa akurasi setiap mobil juga berapa rata-rata kesalahan dari setiap mobil per periode
