Abstract

Many laundry services nowadays still use a manual system. As an example, in Rindie Laundry, there are still many customers who come directly to the laundry to place an order. The order was made by taking note manually. This result is ineffective considering the large number of orders that go to Rindie Laundry. To overcome this problem, the application of laundry was built to help customers place an order as well as tracking their order status and help the workers or owners in operational activities and manage laundry finance. This laundry application is made with a waterfall system development model using the Laravel framework with a MySQL database and applying the concept of the android architecture component. This application can solve problems experienced by customers and laundry workers or owners. As the testing results that have been carried out by 12 users, they also received many positive responses.
