Abstract

ABSTRAK Utami, Dwi dan Koesherawati, Endhah. “Sistem Informasi Pengajuan Kekayaan Intelektual Sentra KI Politeknik Negeri Malang” Pembimbing: (1) Erfan Rohadi, S.T., M.Eng., Ph.D. (2) Dian Hanifudin Subhi, S.Kom., M.Kom. Laporan Akhir, Program Studi Manajemen Informatika, Jurusan Teknologi Informasi, Politeknik Negeri Malang, 2020 Dalam struktur Organisasi dan Tata Kelola Politeknik Negeri Malang diwadahi dan dijalankan melalui Unit Pelaksana Teknis Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat. Semua dosen yang dalam hal ini merupakan tenaga pendidik di dalam Perguruan Tinggi wajib memenuhi asas Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi tersebut. Salah satunya adalah penelitian dan pengembangan yang berupa paten dan hak cipta. P2M yang merupakan unit pelayanan terpadu yang memfasilitasi proses pengajuan kekayaan intelektual yang berupa paten dan hak cipta. Saat ini hal tersebut masih belum terfasilitasi oleh suatu sistem informasi dan data pengajuan kekayaan intelektual masih belum tersimpan di dalam basis data yang terintegrasi oleh suatu sistem informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membuat aplikasi yang dapat membantu dosen untuk melakukan pengajuan kekayaan intelektual dosen serta Admin Sentra KI untuk mengelola data pengajuan kekayaan intelektual dosen. Aplikasi ini dirancang berbasis website. Aplikasi ini telah diuji oleh 2 admin Sentra KI dan 6 dosen Politeknik Negeri Malang. Pengujian Sistem Informasi Pengajuan Kekayaan Intelektual Sentra KI Politeknik Negeri Malang ini memiliki nilai persentase 92.5%. Dari hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini termasuk dalam kategori ‘Baik’. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu aplikasi ini mampu membantu dosen dalam melakukan pengajuan kekayaan intelektual dan membantu Admin Sentra KI dalam mengelola data pengajuan kekayaan intelektual dosen. Final Report, Informatics Management Study Program, Information Technology Department, State Polytechnic of Malang, 2020 In the organizational structure and governance of State Polytechnic of Malang, it is accommodated and run through the Technical Research and Community Service Unit. All lecturers who are teaching staff in Higher Education must fulfill the Tri Dharma Principles of Higher Education. One of them is research and development of patents and copyrights. P2M is an integrated service unit that facilitates the process of intellectual property in the form of patents and copyrights. Currently this has not been facilitated by an information system and data on intellectual property submissions is still not stored in an integrated database by an information system. This study aims to design and create applications that can help lecturers to submit lecturers 'intellectual property submissions and the Admin Sentra KI to manage lecturers' intellectual property submission data. This application is designed based on a website platform. This application has been tested by 2 administrators of Sentra KI and 6 lecturers State Polytechnic of Malang. Testing of Information System for Submission of Intellectual Property at the Center for KI State Polytechnic of Malang has a percentage value of 92.5%. From these results, it indicates that this application is included in the category "Good". The conclusion is that this application is able to assist lecturers in submitting intellectual property submissions and assisting the Admin Sentra KI in managing lecturers intellectual property submission data.
