Abstract

The development of current technology, one of which is Android smartphone technology. With the advancement of information system technology, the search for the nearest clan services officer to handle vehicle problems on the toll road can be found through an Android smartphone. This study aims to create an Android-based location mapping service (LBS) of the nearest clan services officer on the Pandaan-Malang toll road. This application can find out where the clan services officers are located around the Pandaan-Malang toll road. This application is built with Android java programming using the IDE software bundle which includes Android Studio as an editor of the Java programming language, IDE as a plugin for Android Studio, XML for the benefit of Android-based application development. The final result of this research is in the form of Development of Application Search for Nearest Jasa Marga Officers for Problem Vehicles on Android-Based Toll Roads by Using Location Based Services (LBS). The nearest Jasa Marga Officers Search information system to handle problem vehicles on this toll road makes it easy for motorists to get that information.
