Abstract
Majaz, Maurits and Prasetya,Moch Galih Iman. “Website Design Information System for Shoe Washing Services Based in Malang City”. Pembimbing (1) Ariadi Retno Tri Hayati Ririd, S.Kom., M.Kom. (2) Noprianto S.Kom.,M.Eng. Final Report, Informatics Management Study Programme, Department of Information Technology, State Polytechnic of Malang, 2020. Washing shoes today are much more modern and more sophisticated in their work system. Every shoe washing company has its own privileges whether from a price, service quality or other point of view. This is because the increasing competition and the number of competitors require companies to always pay attention to the needs and desires of consumers and try to meet consumer expectations by providing services that are more satisfying than competitors. One of these shoe washing services is Shoes Corner. In running the business, the service process carried out is still manual by checking the status of the shoe's work by coming to the place so that it will be difficult for customers to come twice or make phone calls. Then, the management of transaction data and issuance of notes is still manual. The Design of Website-Based Shoe Angle Information System in Malang City is made to simplify the shoe washing service process so that it can simplify work and can improve services for this small and medium- sized business. HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript and Bootstrap are used to build this system. . The result of this research is a website-based shoe washing service information system that can simplify the process of checking the status of shoe work through the website by inputting transaction codes and simplifying data management at Shoes Corner. From the results of this study it can be concluded that this system can increase effectiveness because it is not done manually, the features of the information system are easy to use and the management of transaction data runs well.
