Abstract
Kota Batu Malang merupakan kota wisata yang berada di Jawa Timur dengan jumlah hotel terbanyak ketiga di Jawa Timur setelah Kota Surabaya dan Kota Malang, banyaknya hotel di Kota Batu Malang membuat wisatawan merasa kesulitan dan membutuhkan waktu lebih dalam menentukan pilihan hotel sesuai keinginan wisatawan. Untuk memudahkan wisatawan dalam mengambil keputusan maka dikembangkan dengan metode VS-TOPSIS(Vague Set Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution), dimana metode ini menggunakan nilai bobot dari variabel linguistik. Metode VS-TOPSIS digunakan untuk menghitung dan mendapatkan hasil ranking rekomendasi hotel di Kota Batu Malang berdasarkan dari pilihan tingkat level prioritas khususnya bagi wisatawan dalam memilih bobot pada setiap kriteria yang ditentukan. Hasil pengujian sistem pendukung keputusan hotel Kota Batu menunjukkan sebanyak 80,3% menyatakan bahwa fitur rekomendasi pada sistem pendukung keputusan mudah untuk diakses, hal ini didukung oleh hasil kuesioner yang telah diisi oleh pengguna umum sebanyak 32 responden. Sistem ini juga didapatkan hasil rekomendasi yang berbeda dari 44 data hotel dengan 3 kuesioner pengguna yang dihitung secara manual dan sistem. (English) Batu is a tourist city in Malang, East Java with the third largest number of hotels in East Java after Surabaya and Malang. The great number of hotels in Batu make tourists feel difficult and need more time in determining hotel choices. To assist tourists in choosing the best hotel that suits their preferences, a decision support system using VS-TOPSIS (Vague Set Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method was developed. It used the weight values of linguistic variables. The VS-TOPSIS method was used to calculate and get the results of hotel recommendation rankings in Batu based on the choice of priority levels, especially for tourists in choosing the weights for each specified criterion. The results of testing the decision support system for the Batu City hotel show that as much as 80.3% stated the recommendation feature on the decision support system is easy to access, this is supported by the questionnaire results that has been administered to 32 respondents. And The system also obtained different recommendations from 44 hotel data with 3 user questionnaires that were calculated manually and by the system.
