Abstract

Desa Kepuhanyar adalah salah satu desa yang terletak di wilayah Kecamatan Mojoanyar Kabupaten Mojokerto. Pemanfaatan teknologi di Kantor Desa Kepuhanyar untuk pengolahan data dan penyampaian informasi saat ini belum maksimal. Sehingga data kependudukan yang dimiliki kantor desa kurang lengkap. Padahal data kependudukan diperlukan untuk menghasilkan suatu kebijakan yang dibuat oleh kepala desa. Pelayanan administrasi di kantor desa juga masih berorientasi pada dokumen hardcopy dan terbatas oleh jam kerja kantor desa. Oleh karena itu dibuatlah sistem informasi kependudukan desa yang dapat memudahkan proses pelayanan administrasi kependudukan dan pengolahan data penduduk. Sistem informasi ini dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Personal Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) dan framework CodeIgniter (CI). Metode yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu analisis, desain, kode, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Hasil pengujian sistem menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi kependudukan desa ini mudah dipahami, mudah digunakan, dan sesuai kebutuhan Kantor Desa Kepuhanyar. Pengguna, admin, dan pegawai kantor desa menyatakan bahwa sistem informasi ini sangat baik dalam membantu penyampaian informasi dan pelayanan administrasi kependudukan. Kepuhanyar is one of the villages located in Mojoanyar, Mojokerto. The use of technology at Kepuhanyar Village Head Office for processing data and delivering information is inefficient. So that, the existing data of the population is incomplete. Whereas population data is needed to propose a policy made by the village headmen. Administration services at the village head office are also conducted manual that focused on hardcopy documents and limited by the village head office working hours. Therefore, a village population information system was created in order to facilitate the administration services and processing of population data. This information system was built using the Personal Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language and the CodeIgniter (CI) framework. The waterfall method is used with several stages analysis, design, code, testing, and maintenance. The results show that the village population information system is easy to understand, easy to use, and according to the needs of the Kepuhanyar Village Head Office. Users, admins, and employees stated that this information system was very good in helping the delivery of information and population administration services.
